Although we would like to say that it is impossible to make a bad purchase at Blush Fashionstore, we also realize that we must remain realistic. Exchange and/or return is therefore no problem.

Return (part of) your order in 4 steps:


Select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method. Do this within 14 days after you receive your order!


Pack your items together with the packing slip and stick the return label on the package. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.


After registering, take your package to a post office or have the package picked up by the collection service (depending on which return method you have chosen).


As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and a refund or an adjusted Riverty invoice within 10 working days.


At we strive to make you satisfied with your purchase. But sometimes it may happen that you prefer a different size or color, or that you have seen something else you like. Don't worry, because with us, exchanging your order is no problem!

If you would like to exchange your order, please let us know immediately by email. Please indicate which item you would like to receive and in what size and color. We will then ensure that your new choice is delivered to your home as quickly as possible. All you have to do is return the item you want to exchange to our address within 14 days of receiving your order. The costs for returning are at your own expense.

We advise you to read the return conditions carefully before returning your item. Make sure the item has not been worn, washed or damaged and that the tags are attached to the item. If you have any further questions about exchanging your order, please feel free to contact our customer service. We are always there for you!


You can return the items you purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order (at your own expense and in the original packaging) to our address, provided they meet our returns policy. Please read these conditions carefully before returning your order.

Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation by email and the money will be refunded to your bank account, credit card or PayPal account within 14 days.

If you have opted for post-payment, you can easily register your return via the Riverty app. Please note: for a partial return, you must pay the retained portion to Riverty within the payment term.

If you have placed an order above €75, we will not charge shipping costs. If one or more items are returned and the total amount of the order is less than €75, the shipping costs will still be calculated and deducted from the returned item.

  • The costs of return shipping are for the customer.
  • The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item. If we find that the item has been worn, washed or damaged, this may lead to a reduction in the value of the item. Always contact our customer service first so that we can assess this for you.
  • Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains can lead to a depreciation in the value of the item. Always contact our customer service first so that we can assess this for you.
  • The item may be returned in its original condition as we sent it. If we discover something while processing your return, we will assess this.
  • Orders that fall outside the 14-day return period will not be returned.
  • No washing guarantee is given. Problems arising after washing are your own responsibility.
  • Shoes must be packed in the supplied shoe box in the shipping bag. So do not use the shoe box as packaging material. If this does happen, we are forced to charge additional costs for purchasing new packaging material.
